“Bronny James, USC Freshman, Makes NCAA Basketball Debut as a Substitute Just Months After Heart Attack”

The eldest child of LeBron James was admitted to the hospital for three days during the summer of that year after suffering a heart attack on July 24 while participating in preseason practice.

Before halftime, James had played a total of six minutes in two separate periods, during which he had missed his lone try at a three-point shot. Despite this, he was successful in grabbing a rebound, providing an assist to another player, and blocking a shot.

Attendees at the Galen Center, the home arena of the University of Southern California, included LeBron James, who led the Los Angeles Lakers to their first NBA Cup championship on Saturday night in Las Vegas.

The four-time Most Valuable Player announced earlier in the week that he is extremely excited for his son to make his debut in the NCAA.

On Thursday, LeBron James provided reporters with a statement that made it abundantly obvious that this is a significant achievement for our family. Additionally, he is making progress in his basketball career by taking a stride ahead.

Congenital heart abnormalities was the root cause of the cardiac episode that occurred in 19-year-old James, who was a four-star recruit from Sierra Canyon High School in Los Angeles. This information was disclosed by medical professionals in Los Angeles in the month of August.

After receiving surgery to rectify the abnormality, he was able to participate in basketball activities again in the month of November.

Andy Enfield, the head coach of the University of Southern California, announced on Thursday that the 6-foot-3 guard has been given the all-clear to play. Enfield also indicated that the freshman will most likely have limited playing time.

According to Enfield, it seems that he is in a really good mood and appears to be in good health.

James entered the game to a tremendous chorus of applause at 12 minutes and fifty-eight seconds into the first half. The Trojans were leading by four points at the time, and James was wearing a No. 6 jersey with James Jr.’s name on the back of the jersey.

When James entered the court, Kevin Durant posted a message on X to express his gratitude for Bronny’s return to the game.
